Natural linen, made in Ireland

Natural linen, made in Ireland

Made from natural flax, grown, spun and woven in Ireland, our linen is sourced from a small number of trusted suppliers we have worked with for many years.

Linen is breathable, durable and well suited to warmer climates. When new, the fabric has a naturally crisp handle that gradually softens with wear and washing, developing a relaxed character over time.

Leather basket buttons, Made in Japan

Leather basket buttons, Made in Japan

Sometimes known as “football buttons”, our traditional leather basket buttons are constructed from 100% leather and made in Japan.

Each button is woven from narrow leather strips around a solid core, creating a distinctive textured surface and subtle tonal variation. They are often used on outerwear and knitwear, where their depth and structure complement heavier cloths. Traditionally favoured on coats for their resilience and grip, they perform well against thicker fabrics and repeated fastening.

Made at the North London factory

Made at the North London factory

The majority of our garments are made in the same North London factory we have worked with for over a decade. Over that time we have built a close working relationship grounded in trust, mutual respect and shared standards.

The factory is a short journey from us, and we are there regularly – reviewing samples, discussing details and refining patterns. Design and production are not separate stages; they are part of a single continuous process. From fabric sourcing and initial ideas through to pattern cutting, sewing and finishing, we are involved throughout.

We are proud of the garments that leave the workshop and of the skilled people who bring them to life.
