Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days of purchase.
If you need an order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll always do our best to help. We are a small team, but we’re very hands-on and responsive.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 5–8 working days
Rest of the world: 7–10 working days
Please note that these are guidelines only. Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order size. The correct shipping rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
International Orders, Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK are not charged UK VAT (20%).
However, international orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are usually payable at the point of delivery.

In-Store Purchases
All items purchased in person at our London shop are sold at UK prices and include UK VAT.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there’s an issue with delivery, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier as quickly as possible.
