All orders are dispatched within 5 working days.

If you need your order urgently, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help. We’re a small team, but we’re very hands-on and happy to accommodate where we can.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 5–8 working days
Rest of the world: 7–10 working days

These delivery times are guidelines only. Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control.

Orders delivered outside the UK are not charged UK VAT (20%). However, local import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply once the parcel reaches your country.

Any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are usually payable at the point of delivery.

All items purchased in person at our London shop are sold at UK prices.

We accept returns on online orders within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are worn, damaged, or returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
